Can anyone recommend good software for commercial and multi-family property management.I am a Realtor from Canada, looking to get into property management.

Did your Realtor share the comps with you before you submitted your offer and did you have an appraisal done on the property?  

At the end of the year I get a W2 and my payroll company collects and submits all the appropriate taxes that I need.  

Even if after you receive the application and before your finished processing it, another application is submitted with better credit, income, etc. you are still required to accept the first tenant.

If you do figure out an arbitrage strategy, you will make some temporary profits but eventually the computers will detect your wins and start front-running your trades.It helps to have an advanced degree in Math/Physics/Statistics, access to sophisticated simulation software to back-test your trading strategies, and the intestinal fortitude of a Navy Seal :)

They pre-screened the tenants and had suitable options (in their opinion) submit an application to me.  

I will be submitting some value add STR deals that will be very interesting!

We own all our own properties so there is no need to generate fancy reports for clients; just need simple and honest reports.Was hoping to see if any property managers who have been using Yardi or Buildium could recommend that I switch over to either of those softwares, particularly Yardi.
