@Kwun HoAnother newly developed app that I am using is Avail.co. it's great for one or even 50+ properties as it streamlines a lot of the process, even property maintenance between you and the tenant(s).

Personally, I wouldn’t be starting anything multi year with a “modest”shift happening.

Huge shift in rentals in the area. 

When the market shifts then hotels normally shift too.

Our goal is to help form the team and make it easy for OOS investors to invest and streamline the process. 

Some people ,lolIt's very common for tenants to be late on rent and then try to shift blame to the Landlord.

I do not want immediate closing on Monday when we do funding as it will help shift my 1st payment due by a month.  

The upside seems tremendous, especially in 5-10 years when some of the kinks get worked out and things can really get streamlined.
