The problem started 3 weeks into the lease, the toilet was clogged up, I called a plumber and he unclogged the toilet, everything was good until a week later when the sink and bathtub and toilet clogged up.

I needed 4 kitchen counters installed with 4 new sinks and faucets, 3 apartments painted, 3 vinyl floors laid, several doors installed, lots of holes repaired, one toilet, one bathroom sink, one outside faucet, lights, blinds etc for a complete make ready. 3 of the apartments were terrible.
