1500 would be pretty fair in my neck of the woods.

He quoted materials only as $60 per door + a separate fee for labor, the exact track system (I double checked the item number on the box) at home depot is $12.98, he needed some additional items, wood and small screws, which add up to $10 at most!!! 

@Kaleb Woods I would negotiate a longer balloon payment - at least 5 years. 2 years is way too short.

They're sound- not exceptional, kind of shabby but real wood floors.   

Strip it for sure , it ill be more expensive but they can also check the wood underneath .

One building is cinder block walls and wood truss framing.
