The economy as a whole would be better off if seniors were better supported through SS as that would be more money pumped into the economy and a lot of them are on gov. benefits anyway this way they at least paid for them throughout their working career.  

Of course the tax payers love the idea, their fiscal irresponsibility and lack of understanding knows no bounds.They tried asking citizens to pay for parking at the new garage next door and the response was outrage.....LOL! 

IMO anytime someone starts talking about putting a senior out of their home without even enough money to pay closing costs the situation should be looked at critically.

A contact has asked for a proposal on property managing his new  community (~60 units, high-end senior community).

Bottom line: you can do anything you want, it is your property and the 2nd Amendment does not apply to private citizens.

As a non citizen I also couldn't take the standard deduction at the time and so I was basically being taxed at 100% of every dollar I earned.
