I have been searching and searching looking for an answer before ripping it out, and ton of people go back and forth on it. 

They'd have to search in two places and probably would have to know what they're looking for.For most people, this doesn't matter.

We have been building a professional relationship and the short time that we have known each other he has taught me a lot and I have taught him some things about the market he is searching in right now.

I have also just recently begun searching for my first multi-family. 

I like the people I work with, and the office is a hub of long time experienced real estate owners, property managers, tax consultants and investors- great wealth of information.Recently licensed, and am now on the search to hang my RE license with a brokerage (no brokers in my current office to serve this need).
