There were a few luxury features that we cut out to try to get costs down but ultimately the high cost of upgrading & connecting utilities pushed the project out of reach.Note: I used New Avenue Homes platform to find an architect and was thoroughly satisfied with using it to communicate and send money to contractors.

Im sure it would be satisfying having some more cash going into retirement.

We have many satisfied investors that we have worked with for many years, and have very large portfolios. 

That’s what I have done, advertise and if it take 6-8 weeks before I’m satisfied with an applicant they are legally required to pay rent until I do.

Then, does is the PRR satisfied and the term end?

@Lubna Bushra If you've used that for an investment for two years then you've satisfied the intent rule. 

Your title company can identify and satisfy the various liens at closing.  

I check the math, ask myself, What is the maximum price I’m willing to pay and I can still make money that I’m satisfied.
