With the $250k - $350k price range North Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park areas are a solid start.  

So after those big ticket items cleared the gauntlet, it didn’t seem that there was 70k worth of work remaining.

Ask the broker - will there be rounds of bidding where the seller takes the best offers and asks everyone to resubmit?
