The matching quarterround is $3/lf, which is outrageous, but we'd just use white composite quarter round for $0.50/lf.OR, if you recommend a different product, please reply.

@Jonathan Klemm, Thank you for the reply, on the rent to retirement website they have several properties in Dolton and seem to have good numbers.

One without stereotyping, all of nothing language and an acknowledgement that wholesaling as a tool has a place in the Investor kit.That's my opinion, but tends to get drowned out by people with way too much time on their hands for typing.Hope that helps.I rarely do quote responses in my post replies but this one deserves to be posted again.
