I've looked at others, but RentRedi is a perk of a Pro BP membership and I don't think it's a bad platform, and thus worth looking at. 

Credit Union #2: I think the only reason to really consider this one (I don't think the slightly lower points makes that much of a difference) is if the above two options both passed on the deal, a possible reason for that would be (ahem, guess why I am saying what I'm about to say...) an inexperienced management team trying to justify this refinance based on only 6 months of financials (rather than say a 1-2+ year track record of success, or experience with other facilities, etc).

You will need to show gross negligence to even think about sending him a demand letter.

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

I don't think it's uncommon to pay by check though.

I think that means you are opposed to taking on debt for your first deal.

There's no such list of "motivated" sellers, instead there are data points that can potentially indicate that someone *could* be thinking of selling.
