Am I out of touch with reality to find a commercial loan on a mixed commercial/residential property, that’s 25-30 year amortization or interest rate under 4%??

The new reality of people working from home will sting the Bay Area but 40%+ of Texas' economy is tied to oil. 

What should I do as of nowto make that a reality?

Essentially, beginners in any realm sometimes gain a level of confidence that exceeds their knowledge base in said realm.Applying this to REI, I was wondering if anyone has stories or suggestions for me or any other beginner that would bring a beginner back down to earth, humble us a little, slap us with some reality.

reality is the filters cost money  tenants dont like to spend their money on your property..

In reality, people loaded with passive income who have nothing to get out of bed for each day are typically depressed and empty inside (I know, I’ve been there).

Regardless, this talk made me realize that I can make all my real estate dream into a reality if I continue learning and networking with other and "let my passion for real estate shine through."

The reality seems to be we will not know for certain whether the market is to high at this moment for another 5 years.
