"Let my Passion for Real Estate Shine Through"

In the past 3 months I've been doing a lot of reading and researching real estate(specifically buy and hold). I'll be graduating college in 4 months and have a decent amount of money saved for a down payment on a house that I plan to house hack with but nothing crazy. I kept hearing things on the bigger pockets podcasts about how the money is the easiest part of the deal but didn't truly believe it until I went to a new gym with my girlfriend and met the owner. He's seemed like a very nice guy and mentioned that he owner 2 gyms and a few rental properties. He said he recently did a refinance on his house and was pulling out 150k. I asked if he was going to buy another rental property but he said "no, I just don't have the time." While I just met the owner I didn't think it would be right to propose an on the spot partnership with him haha. Regardless, this talk made me realize that I can make all my real estate dream into a reality if I continue learning and networking with other and "let my passion for real estate shine through."-Brandon Turner
