Im sorry for the weird question I have been reading a lot about leveraging money and because its my first deal, would like to make the best choices.

I have been reading (scouring) the forum on SDIRA/SDIRA-LLC/SOLO-401K information, and am absolutely confused!

Someone brand new to this site should start listening to the podcasts, subscribe to the newsletter, and start reading through The Ultimate Beginner's Guide  https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investin...You'll get lots more actionable tip ideas once you start going through those resources.

I keep reading that local banks are more willing to work with you on investment properties.

If you read up on it minimally, you would probably come to the conclusion that it makes no sense to pay someone to do what you can easily (and cheaply) do yourself.I recommend this, not because it's better than REI, but because (1) it is an alternative and/or (2) it is a pretty decent place to leave your money while you wait for your next deal.  

I would read every BP blog post and listen to every BP podcast about apartments.
