Cracks in the foundation and basement walls
I am looking at a opportunity to buy with existing tenets, it's off market and I can get it at around 100k under market value. The two main issue with the property are large cracks in the brick basement walls and foundation issues both from settling. Has anyone felt with these issues? What's my expected cost ball park? Worst case dig under? Support? Also can anyone suggest a contractor in MD to help with this? Thanks in advance!
