I have an idea of other criteria I would want, but knowing I still have some more research to do, I wont be too specific yet.I am an NC State employee with some good resources for potential high quality tenants, and knowledge of the area.

These cities tends to command quality tenants and they have great schools.

I can only imagine that investors would love to know more about high quality, low cost construction materials and methods.Anyways, my only objective for this post is to start a discussion and possibly share my knowledge with others.

Even then most my good quality loans I narrow it down to two leading national lenders for best pricing. 

I want to be known as a fair, just, good quality landlord.

How do you account for quality of service though?

We had a heart to heart literally just this afternoon because I'm one who can go full speed ahead and multitask and do a million things at once but I felt he wasn't moving as quickly as he should so we just had to bring our thoughts to the forefront and ensure we were still aligned.
