I am now building a "Living in (city)" Youtube channel. 1 video/week (free), and I have been at it for 1.5 months, I have generated 1 call, from a renter.

Looking for recommendations of a simple book or straight forward (short) video that explains the benefits of real estate investing to a teenager.

Apartments.com is really popular in my area and I hear that is most people's go-to so it really depends.

I have learned a lot by reading from various sources (including BiggerPockets) and from watching / listening to hours and hours of YouTube videos. 

After listening to BP podcasts, reading books, and watching videos for years, I am finally ready to take my first actionable steps. 

Rent to own or lease options was recently brought to my attention after watching a video by Kris Krohn on YouTube.

I would read as many books as you can on deals, watch youtube videos from investors (who arent trying to sell you 40,000 coaching programs), and listen to podcasts.If you want to get into multifamily but have not invested in RE before i would recommend starting off with a duplex to quad and learning the basics of the game and see all the expenses, headaches and challenges that come with running a property on your own.

Can anyone direct me to a blog, forum or even a video that can show me how to use public records to find leads?
