Both of us work full-time corporate jobs in the bay area, and neither of us are passionate about those jobs.

The 8 passionate users have posted the most on the forums and have each published more that 2000 posts/replies directly to our community! 

I’m fairly new to this however I’m very motivated and very passionate about wholesaling and helping people out with their problems regarding selling their properties!!

I started out with a passion to own my own property management company and have recently met all the licensing requirements with the Missouri real estate commission and started taking on new clients.

@Carlos Gonzalez that passion and actually liking what you do is essential to get started and to continue for the long haul !

They are pretty much there to push us to do more, better and are the key driver to get up and go every morning.Its a great journey and real estate is a huge passion for us.
