With regards to your wholesale business, you must have a system in place and functioning before you bring in employees (VAs, Admins, 1099s, Independent contractors etc) because if you dont know what you want them to do then how can they do it?

I imagine the JV would only state what we agree to do as a partnership, however, the deed would say both LLC companies as 50% tenants in common ownership.
