Partnering with contractor

Amanda Ross
Posted

Hi all.  We are currently working with a contractor who is also a personal friend of mine.  He is doing a jam up job so far.  He's currently working on a buy and hold property, we're on the beginning design phases for renovations on our personal home and we've started a discussion about building our next personal home in the next few years.

Looking to get feedback on the best ways to partner with your general contractor.  They are hard to come by and he also has a strong interest in real estate investing, so we have the makings of what could be a really great partnership.  We just don't know what that partnership should look like.  Any and all feedback is welcome.
