I have not heard ANYONE in Ohio say that there is a moratorium on rent.

Just put together a list of 18 contractors to go through in Bakersfield, oh and one handyman!?

Right now all meetings are online as there are stay at home orders in both Ohio and Kentucky.

My units are in A areas in Columbus, OH and @Antea, since posting one of my units 24 hours ago, I have had 7 inquiries--so people are definitely willing to move (even in a pandemic), I'm just looking for creative ways to make everyone happy and keep everyone safe.

Whenever we have succumbed to such a request and despite telling agent what our requirements were and that they would have to be paid by the susp... oh...prospect, all 3 or 4 brought exactly the least qualified folks 2 even that had not made it through our prescreen 3 weeks earlier.

@Joe Villeneuve oh yes, but I dont know how to get the signs, would it be ok to give them the money to buy the signs?

Oh, and a side note, the preparer had used turbotax apparently,  and the taxes seemed to not even have her name or signature on what was sent to the irs...so they're marked self prepared.

In Ohio, you need one to manage other people's properties, but not your own.
