I've had numerous people come out and give their thoughts on how to work around the location and ventilation issue, but they all come back to the same issue: the balcony is the biggest ventilation impediment.

If you expect your home’s market value to drop due to the economy, then I would start the application process as soon as you find the right product for you.

I'm on a visitor visa (UK Citizen) but we are putting into process my PR application hopefully over the next few months and hopefully my work permit will be here by the end of the year.
