yes, ace hardware. they have served me well and this is to be celebrated. i do know they are limited a bit in terms of certain products. but everything the client and i ordered on a saturday was delivered and installed in his space by the very next monday afternoon. 3 delivery guys just took care of it all and it looks fabulous.

I also was costed money, and we delivered our funds directly into escrow ready willing and able to close on time. no money would have been costed if everything would have closed as planned.

What I would do in order to setup success would be to have a company tee’d up (or several) that you can say “I’ll deliver this product if you will sign a long term lease.”

Bottom line...if you have any doubt about the legality of an activity, including wholesaling, seek legal counsel in your state so you have someone with the background, training and specific knowledge to deliver such an opinion.
