"Fed" is more of a younger crowd (at least in my experience), but it was nice to be close to Camden Yards (and the Harbor).

If you can come to the city to visit that helps but often, as a majority of properties are "curb offers only", buyers will come out for inspections after the offer is made and then go home and complete the rest of deal form there.

The reasoning for these particular areas is I am originally from there, know the areas, and have friends and family that I get back to visit regularly.I am currently getting the business side of things assembled and hope to acquire my first property within the next 90 days.
