Hello guys! Just wanted to introduce myself since I'm new here. I'll do this quickly. If you have questions, I'll be glad to answer them.

My name is Chad and I'm from Québec. I'm 25 years old and starting in real estate renting.

At the moment, I have a duplex (where I have 9 chambers for students), and at the end of the month, I'll have a 5-plex.

So I'm here to learn about different strategies used by people out of Québec and, of course, share mine.
