They all nailed down their blueprint first and then they just repeated in many areas. 

Perfect example: we had our countertops installed yesterday (day 6), and I put my hand around the underneath of the countertop to feel it, my finger nail nicked the paint, and it peeled right off.Something doesn’t seem right and we’re fearful we may have to have our cabinets re-done.

Seeing as to how it seems to vary from neighborhood to neighborhood, block by block, how can I nail down an area before coming to visit it?

If one nails and they don’t pay the full rent, all 4 get eviction on their records.

So ($2000 + $1800 + $1600 + $1400= $6800/month) I'm going to reach out to hospital staffing recruiters, insurance agencies, and construction companies in my area but I need to make sure my pricing strategy is nailed down first. 

Their program seemed more polished that Renttec.

This means screwing into my roof, drilling and nailing into siding and brick.
