I've got two kids in collage using up endless amounts of cash.

I am recently married and have 2 kids, 12 & 4.

I'm a young ambitious kid who's only 15 and really want yo be successful with money flow.

It has always been a dream of mine to work in real estate and now that my kids have graduated college, I am hoping to pursue this goal but feel like with my DUI history, I will never be able to qualify for a license anywhere, under any circumstances.  

Right now I have one rental and live in another property with my wife and Kids.

I need some some advice, I lived in Chicago when I was a kid and I visited the city last summer after 20 years, me and my wife really liked Chicago.

We want to sell our current home and buy a duplex or town home since the kids moved out no need for bigger home.

For my wife and I we love being able to go on hikes or take our kids to a playground or splash pad every weekend.

I've also begun to put in more pet/kid friendly flooring (vinyl, tile) to make it even less of a concern.
