I work at the air medical base up there sometimes and thoroughly enjoy the town.

There is one on a major road a ways away from us and on a good day you never smell a thing, on a bad day it smells like you're driving through a field of dog crap after it rained for 1/2 mile. 

Commercial properties are tough to evaluate if you are not in the commercial field already.Basically commercial properties are evaluated based on cash flow, (current and expected future).

I'd sure like to know something about them, it would even the playing field. 

So, my guess would be a bad septic field and it is seeping back to the house.

When I started I couldn't swing a loan without cash or equity to level the field.

As always, with the legal field we are waiting to get meetings with them.

Not an expert in this field, but one thing I noticed is that realtors who do this well do not just try to focus on the actual listings.

I graduated College in Mechanical Engineering in 2013 and have had a full time job in my field ever since.
