I wonder what the mark up is for products sold by Harbor Freight vs box stores.

However I think I would have that hammered out before you spend hundreds of thousands on pre development work only to find out you can't get a construction loan@Mark Graffagnino  do you think my comments are accurate in the Multi space.. again I have never done one.. ( just did a little 8 unit in Charleston but that was under 1 million and there was an existing 4 unit that will be remodled and we are building another 4 unit behind it.. so its a tweener deal.

Stained areas, carpenter ant and termite marks everywhere, replacement boards because of water damage in front of most of the windows.  

I pretty much exploded and then got the lecture from Mark to not take this personally.  

More condos are expecting to hit the market this upcoming year with less sales being marked on the board.
