I'm sure you are right about the 100k exemption, I misspoke when I sad 1 mil.If you have an office (or mail box) in another city you have to drive to get your daily mail ... bummer.Since you qualify with under 100k gross why not inc in LA City?

However as others posted above the paper copy ( of the recorded deed) once actually recorded is not an important document to keep on hand as its of record and in many counties it takes 30 to 90 days or more to receive the original back in the mail..

Some have been in business for decades with second generation owners, some are newer with only a few years in the business.Without fail, the vast majority of my calls (70% plus) go straight to a voice message/voice mail system.

We run through it with the tractor and of course have to clean it before putting it away til the following weekend and luckily we spotted a tie out before running over it and possibly causing damage to the tractor.I want to at minimum send an e-mail addressing the subject...would prefer to just have a face to face (see them often).
