I did a lot of their online training a while back...but I think I only paid like $197 for the package.The web-based marketing machine, or whatever their attempt at a CRM system is called, is quirky and buggy and not worth it - but the web-based training is worth every penny if you are a newbie.

Guys;  MySQL is easily installed on any PC or Mac :)  In fact, so is the Apache server, PHP and Perl - - my laptop is my development platform for web services.As to what data is important or useful is GREATLY dependent upon the intended usage.

You can either use a internet web company or a lawyer but you should use an experienced CPA to get their advice on what you should do ior tax purpose and you know why you are doing that.

Yes, we went to a Real Estate Seminar for 3 full days this last weekend and are also reading a lot more and web surfing for advice and and podcasts and youtube.

Also try signing up for the online magazine called " The Real Deal"..

It's been marketed in several local magazines, hosted a few broker cocktail parties and a photo shoot for ART2WEAR.  

While the web site is a nice go-to for information, there isn't anything better served than speaking with municipality officials.

Concerning vacant  and/or abandoned properties, you will need to go through the respective county tax/appraisal web site to determine the owner.
