I have owned and rented a house in New Orleans the past 3 years. 

As the title states I am soon to be leaving active duty with the Marine Corps after 8 years and will be moving back the the great state of Wisconsin, Green Bay to be specific.

A local charity wants to rent my SFH in order to house up to 3 patients along with a 24 hr staff. 

It protects the asset (the house/property) that the loan is on.   

I have already had experience in analyzing house flips so I'm confident in my skill set there, but how should I expect mobile house flips to differ from normal house flips when it comes to ANALYZING the deal Any help is very much appreciated!!

And may pivot to other ventures while leaving certain assets in place.

I'm just about to close on my first four-unit, which is probably typical of what is available in Maine, in this type of neighborhood, at this price point - which is old housing stock, tons of deferred/poorly done maintenance, and relatively high labor/construction costs. 

Should we sell the house for equity needed.We are in CA, I am co-signing my nephew’s home, currently paying $1500 mortgage monthly with 2.75% interest, it has 342K left on the loan.

My mgt s-corp is on record as the 'landlord' and signs the leases whether a personally-owned house or a commercial apt bld owned by one of my LLCs.  

But now it's getting more expensive to buy a house now.
