I would like to gain as much more knowledge and wisdom as I can to become a wise successful investor.

Obviously, lowering the fee and raising the rate is an option but that feels a little bit like spinning my wheels.At some point, if I'm dropping my rates far enough to compensate for a high cleaning fee, we get into the conversation of "is it even worth it to rent it at this rate and risk property damage, 4 star review, etc".

Right now I have no capital  and very little knowledge about the market and real estate as a whole.

You don't need to be a genius or have specialized knowledge.

If my initial guess is right (someone else feel free to research), no bonus depreciation would be allowed. 

I feel this is too good to be true.
