I'd like to use the company's lease to avoid confusion for tenants, but it's got their name and company address all over it. how do I go about changing over leases especially with a co signer requirement?

I am an Investor in Denver Colorado.

Things may be different where you are, but in CO, Realtors cannot oversee lease option deals unless it's their own.

Anything you can systematize would help-scheduling showings, showing feedback etc.I would suggest you co-list the first couple of deals with a full time agent.

A former co worker and I are looking to invest together.
