The AC has needed to be recharged the last two summers, so I was thinking about just replacing the whole system (it's 16 years old) and want to take advantage of the IRA and Energize Delaware rebates/incentives/credits to make it as efficient as possible (even though I do not pay the utilities). 

Employment letter is marginally useful for those new to town or in a new job, as most companies have a 90 - 180 "probationary" period, so in those cases I do also request savings or IRA statements showing significant savings to show they are prepared.
