HVAC in Delaware
I have a townhouse in Bear that I rent. It has natural gas and AC. The AC has needed to be recharged the last two summers, so I was thinking about just replacing the whole system (it's 16 years old) and want to take advantage of the IRA and Energize Delaware rebates/incentives/credits to make it as efficient as possible (even though I do not pay the utilities). I figure the incentives will take the edge off of getting better-quality equipment that is better for our air. I'd love any recommendations on HVAC people that are reasonable and good. I've had two big companies come out---Boulden Bros and Burns & McBride--but was wondering about smaller companies perhaps. The best estimate thus far was (after rebates and stuff) about 9K. And I'm sort of new here---this is my first post.
