I have helped with an institutional tax lien portfolio before and I can tell you that a lot of metrics used for typical investments can be tough when used for tax liens because of the unique nature of the flow of funds.

Marque Walker from my personal experience most institutions will loan up to 80% LTV minus your primary mortgage.

Also the Milken Institute has some free reports that they do on different major markets and as Ned mentioned, you have to even go further than that.

Then bought some institutional paper too.  

They are instituting a investor portal 4Q2015-1Q2016 so the investor knows what's going on at all times.

It is nonconforming Institutional because it was used as a synagogue.

Is it true that a private money individuals (excluding institutions) can only lend 7 times in their lifetime in California before they need to process the loans through a brokerage?

Often times this is enough to fund my own participation in the deal too.

No lending institution including every HM or private lender I have ever worked with will require it.
