While you listen to as many of the BP podcasts as you can I would suggest reading these:Book 1: Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Kiyosaki- this will inspire you to learn moreBook 2: The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner- this is an awesome intro (and of course you could check out BP's Ultimate Beginner's Guide as well)Book 3: The ABC's of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy- this book gets a little more detailed about how to operate a buy-and-hold property efficientlyI'm new at this too so these are the only books I can personally vouch for but I'm about to start J Scott's The Book on Flipping Houses.

It is rather expensive, but the materail is still good, the training very inspiring and with the packet comes training seminars in London, webinars, a portal with loads of material, but most important, a mentor who will "hold our hand", introduce us to a British Team of all we need to start and do the business in the UK, including finding and analyzing deals and they will help us set up a company in the UK also.
