Hi,

I am very new to BiggerPockets and have loved it so far.  I am an IT professional currently living in SoCal. We are thinking to relocate to NY (yeah, that's right). We have built up some equity from our SoCal properties (one residence and one rental) which we are looking to invest in the rental market.  I am here to look for inspirations and experiences from the experts and members like myself..
