Looks  like you have found a great first deal and a great situation.  

He found a sentence in the "About Owner" section that said: "Feel free to contact me to get information about my Condo, local activities, or anything else pertaining to Summit County or Colorado travel and tourism." and said that was probably the violation.

We've found a home here in Oregon (Clackamas County) that we're interested in purchasing as our new primary residence, and it includes a rental SFH on the same property.

I have found zoning codes at least where I live in GA are almost 100% different by county and city.

So I began researching about them and found out that building disaster shelters in containers are the most affordable option.

Its found at many gas stations like 711 and other places, I barely know about it.
