Would like anyone's thoughts on bulk buying of appliances, flooring, plumbing fixtures, etc. 

It's between floors so it didn't occur to me.

Hi BP, I'm looking for contractor recommendations to do kitchen rehab, flooring, bathroom reno, and painting work for one of my properties in Merritt Island, FL, Missouri.

My husband and I are starting up our first Airbnb home in Galveston, Texas in the next moth or so...Any tips, suggestions, advice on how to manage, keep guests happy, cleaning up or ANYTHING is welcome.Thank you!!

My boyfriend and I bought a house with a walkout basement (with a bedroom and bathroom), we added a kitchenette, and now we rent out the basement area while living on the main floor.

I'm purchasing a philly row home that has an original metal bay window on the 2nd floor (similar to pictures below). 

In 20 months since the initial purchase it had a broken water heater a major leak in the front yard watering system, and found that the prior owner severely misinstalled the laminate flooring.

The rest is cosmetic maintenance that was never completed... old cast iron tubs with worn caulked seams, peeling and cracking tiled floors, floors that have been wet and need new sub floors, some roof truss work as well as some floor joist work where the previous owner cut two of the joists to plumb the tub.

I walked around at noon and saw lots of renovations happening, some boarded houses but overall clean and nice neighborhood.I appreciate any feedback!
