This is with a month to month agreement where either side can give 20-30 days notice of changes.  

I don't know if it's contractual, but around here it seems to be standard practice to include the inspection report with any inspection-related contract changes.

Mostly we need a disposal changed out in the kitchen, heater that is not functional and needs looked at, several outlets need changed out to GFCI and other outlets with open grounds on the 3rd prong need changed out.

I tend to agree with where it's going and the hard part is figuring out how long it will actually take to see the changes and therefore the appreciation.
