If I cant find a buyer in that time i'd simply pick something I found wrong with the property and use that as an excuse to void the contract.

In other words, those are the excuses for greed in most cases.I'd bet too that many hard money lenders, don't have any underwriting experience but origination and processing experience.

So if my current insurance has all my properties at $x and they want a service animal but my insurance to cover the animals is greater than $x then that is a HUD excused means to exclude service animals (it is more specific than what HUD states but basically the regulation excludes significant cost impacts). 

I think on their money podcast the ratio is a lot more even just because saving money is something that everyone is interested in.I guess what I'm saying is I don't think anyone is intentionally including or not including someone based upon anything other than their knowledge.This is the same excuse that SNL used when they were criticized for not hiring more women of color on the show.
