Just drive to a high-traffic intersection and count the number of these hastily made plastic signs.The "BSI" matters because it is direct evidence of under-capitalized amateurs trying to get into the game.

It's evident they skipped on other areas to keep the cost down; I would not be surprised if this was another one of those areas.

Some of those items might be major and require re-negotiation (which you now how evidence to support).

Not sure if you have an exterior camera on the property but it can assist in the future with evidence in your favor of any violation of the rules you’ve set out.

I would contact a real estate attorney for clarification but I believe there is an affidavit that could be produced with supporting medical evidence to exclude him from executing the deed.

Save the listing with time stamp for evidence.

This causes very expensive rehab costs in Albany, relative to even Albany's near neighbors, and I believe it's a primary driver of the urban blight that's evident in parts of Albany.
