I love the community that is Bigger Pockets!

Hello BP community! 

Most of the homes around us are being purchased by religious community that doesn’t mix with anyone outside of their own.

Try to notice how old is the condo community is. - My condo was built in the late 70s so the community is at the point where many things need to be replaced. 

The BP community is great, and I’m honored to be a part of it. 

Yup go to a local credit union or community bank.. a bank that is say less than 3 billion.. and preferably ones that are like 500 million..their charters are written to serve the immediate community... forget large national or semi national.. and be very leery of broker chains and those that promise things and want ANY up front money.

Also, some apartment communities like the communication that it creates with the tenant coming in to grab a package from the office.

This is the ***** five star answer.The primary purpose in investing in land lease communities is to get away from maintaining buildings.

We spent almost all of our free cash on the down payment, we went with a conventional loan putting 20% down with a community bank in the area (which also happens to be my employer).
