Put in the address and see what you get.I just put my daughter's address in realtor.com, and it shows her purchase price from 2012, even though it's not currently listed for sale.

I think you can find a realtor to agree to do whatever you don't want to do - for a flat fee, with no hidden costs or secret deals with their own maintenance guys or friends who give them kickbacks.I say this because my daughter was thoroughly ripped off by a PMC on "emergency" repairs.

-part of the reason we made the in-law addition in the first place was because so many places that had an extra apartment claiming mother/daughter had the smaller apartment either upstairs or with steps to the bathroom  (in the case of a basement).
