They do a great job at providing everything a screen report should give you - criminal, collections, credit score, etc.

It’s no offense to anybody living in Newark, I just know not all parts of Newark are ideal.

No offense to @Jerry Burns , because you have a lot of great points and fantastic insight into the market, but the growth of Denver and CoSpgs is largely driven by young professionals with high incomes. 

Keep your attention on the offense as well as the defense.Through my own journey, I've realized the importance of having a competent team and building strong relationships. 

And a looser criminal criteria if you choose to (level 1 sex offender or domestic violence, for example).  

The insurance; general liability, E & O, employment practices, cyber, criminal, non hired auto policy and the list goes on and on……… 

Credit/criminal/eviction check should be pretty instant via online systems.

The criminal search is an extra $10.

Some of what they taught was criminal and it was marginal at best..When you are a newby and know nothing then everything looks good.

I do take offense to wholesalers though that take advantage of people by using misdirection ,  and basically lying to them to get a deal done.. that I don't like.
