Does anybody have any creative ideas how I can close this deal?

I like your idea of increasing inspections to something like quarterly to ensure no serious damage is being done.

My income level presently is 85 K I am looking for a creative financing strategy to allow the purchase of the house we wish to downsize to while prepping our current house to sell. 

I know there are many options and creative approaches one can take so I'm tossing this out in the hopes that the light bulb goes off. 

No doubt its all fake....I will occasionally watch just to get some creative design ideas and latest trends in remodels etcRenovation Realities...... the one where homeowners do tjheir own remodels in the best one !!

Not sure how fine the lines are, and am not trying to get myself in trouble, just trying to get a bit creative - any insight is appreciated.
