Now in my house I've got a screen in the sink and never put anything in the garbage grinder.I've only got a few rentals with them and when the in-sink-erators stop working it usually takes us at least a day to figure out what happened and how to fix it, so I caution Tenants about this.PS One tough drain problem I had from a kitchen sink with a disposer (no traps either) was solved with shop/wet vac - broken glass came out.

It's sold at auto places and I think Wally world as a shop cleaner and engine degreaser.

I find that the HD near my location always seems to be out of stock of what I need, I am 0 for 3 so I just shop Lowe's.
