If they conduct business with out of state buyers, then you can try to get the local FBI office involved but to be honest they have bigger problems to deal with.

@Justin Seng, you could also look at your state's business licensing office, where you can file a "Doing Business As", and can then legally conduct business under that name, even though you're a "sole proprietorship" right now.
