Don't mix the two, it's like fire and gasoline, not good.If you decide to go MF, you would need to consult a contractor familiar with the city code enforcement folks to advise you on the costs for conversion.

Location is far more important (I've clearly read many guru real-estate books)...However, for conversation, I obviously would appeal to a younger demographic (millenniall/gen-x) but if this became a multi-unit rental or VRBO?

We have a tenant who wants to move into the property and a landlord who doesn't want to let her into said property that she wants to live in.Whatever was discussed on the phone about a possible change of heart from the tenant is irrelevant as there is no proof that that conversation ever occurred.I do not know how many times those in this thread have been sued by tenants but my company is involved in tenant lawsuits pretty regularly.
